This biscuit is a Siess g’nuss, our range of soft Bredele creating a perfect harmony between almonds and another dried fruit. Here, our Maison pays homage to a nut loved by pâtissiers and foodies alike: Pistachio.
Decorated with a fine glaze, a gorgeous green pistachio is delicately added onto each delicacy by hand by our pâtissiers. Even before you've tasted them, these Bredele are a feast for the eyes!
From the very first bite, you'll be charmed by the melting texture of the almond and the crunching contrast of the whole pistachio.

To make delicious Bredele, the origins of the fruit and nuts used, such as almond and pistachio, are absolutely crucial, which is why our Maison carries out an exacting ingredient selection process. For this biscuit, we've decided on authentic whole pistachios, rare and precious gems, renowned for their taste quality.

ALMOND 41.9%, sugar, apricot topping (glucose syrup - fructose, sugar, apricot purée 4%). inverted sugar syrup, PISTACHIO, EGG, PISTACHIO paste 2.8% (PISTACHIO 48.4%, sugar, flavouring, colouring: E141 - lutein), cornflour, sugar, lemon juice, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which also works with wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
