A carefully mastered recipe
To make our Gingerli, our pâtissiers flavour its mixture with a homemade spice blend and high-quality honey. They then add candied ginger, finely chopped, and ginger essential oil. The perfect balance of ingredients used for the composition of this recipe gives the Gingerli its warming and slightly peppered taste. A delicious experience guaranteed: Though small, this gingerbread is full of surprises, and is big on character.
