A duo of all-butter bredele…
Made during the Advent period, the two specialities composing these duo are the Bredele most commonly enjoyed in Alsace by all fans of our biscuiterie traditions. Made with a crumbly dough, luxuriant buttery flavours and the decadent flavours of almond and hazelnut, the Kipferl and Perticus are amongst our finest all-butter Bredele.
It's the production techniques which strictly respect our traditions, along with the exacting selection process for ingredients which give these all-butter Bredele their exceptional taste qualities. Butter, eggs, sugar and flour sourced from our region. Once kneaded, we leave the dough for as long as it needs to properly rest. Then, we use a half-moon cookie cutter to hand-cut it. The biscuits are then baked on a tray, giving them their unique crunch and an incredibly elegant texture…

For further indulgence, our Maison's talented pâtissiers have half-enrobed these two all-butter bredele with a fine layer of chocolate. Whilst there's a stunning contrast between the golden-tinted tones of the vanilla and the deep, chocolatey hues of the cocoa, their flavours pair together harmoniously, like an indulgent match made in heaven...

All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
