    Our butter biscuits stand out with their original shapes, from stars, to flowers, to bretzels, and even the classic palet disc shapes… Not to mention their decorations: They're iced, adorned with almonds, or even topped with sugar crystals. Yet, all our butter biscuits have one, sure thing in common: An exquisitely crumbly texture with a perfectly butter flavour that simply melts in the mouth. The way we bake them ensures that they have an unrivalled snap and a texture boasting exceptional finesse.

    We make our all-butter Bredele by upholding tradition. This means that all our recipes are made with butter, eggs, sugar and flour sourced from our region. Just like the natural flavourings, spices and dried fruits, they're hand-selected to ensure our butter biscuits deliver on the best taste quality.

    All our products are made in a bakery which also works with wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
