With a gorgeous decoration using colourful sugar crystals, the crisp shell of the Palet Cristallin encloses a biscuit full of the decadent notes of candied orange and lemon peels, lemon essential oil, vanilla extracts, and natural strawberry and orange blossom flavourings.

Sugar, wheat flour (GLUTEN), EGG, candied orange peel paste (orange peel 53.4%, glucose syrup, sugar), candied lemon peel paste 0.5% (lemon 51.5%, glucose syrup), flavourings: strawberry - natural orange blossom, vanilla extract, colourings: paprika - cochineal, baking powder: ammonium carbonates, lemon essential oil, colouring ingredients: safflower extract - caramelised sugar.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
