Chocolate Pickerli: A new spiced speciality!

A new speciality with indulgent chocolate and warming spices

A new creations is joining our Maison's spiced treats: Chocolate Pickerli. Classic, enrobed in dark or milk chocolate, these gorgeous, bite-sized gingerbread delights can be discovered in all our stores (except the Macaron - à Riquewihr - and Springerle Biscuiteries - in Colmar) as well as on our online store. An artisan creation with elegant flavours

The dough for Pickerli is prepared by hand by our pâtissiers, who demonstrate the utmost care as they work in a harmonious blend of spices, especially created by our Maison. The dough is then iced in a special, patisserie copper bowl, before being cut into small, equal cubes. These bite-sized delights are then enrobed - or not - by a velvety milk or dark chocolate, full of character, which makes these elegant treats a meltingly soft speciality with a kick…
