In order to guarantee the best service for you, our Maison is adapting its procedure in order to respond to the ever-changing, challenging circumstances of the current pandemic. For all these reasons, please note that, moving forward:

• Orders placed online via our website may only be delivered to your home (following the La Poste delivery service guidelines of 24/03)
• Home deliveries are currently free for any orders over €70 (in mainland France)

We want to assure you that the overall processing procedure of your order, as handled by our teams, remains unchanged. This way, packing and shipping are guaranteed within 2-3 days.

However, delivery times may be slightly increased (delivery within 7 days).

More than ever, your total satisfaction, health and safety are at the centre of our concerns.

Whilst the planet is experiencing an unprecedented health crisis, I wanted to let you know that the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie is upping all of its quality control measures, in order to ensure that our products can be consumed in total safety, without worries or concerns.

All our teams are working hard, particularly our quality department. Working closely with our sector's health departments and the national health authorities, we're permanently being made aware of the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, so that we can adapt our procedures in real time and hence take the most appropriate measures.

Also, our business sector in the agri-food sector imposes drastic, daily hygiene standards on us:

• Bodily hygiene: Precise protocols, adapted soaps, extremely frequent washing.
• Obligatory wearing of adapted uniforms in our production zones: All staff working on making our products, or anyone else required to be in our production zones, are obligated to wear a hairnet, an adapted uniform (jacket/trousers) and special footwear.
• Incoming ingredient control: Purchasing fresh ingredients as and when needed based on our needs, no holding in storage.
• Finished product control: Packaging straight after production, specific warehouse for storage, handling limited as far as possible, warehouse dedicated to storage.
• Packaged product control: Traceability label for each production.

Given the current circumstances, we're implementing additional hygiene measures, adapted to the situation, so that you can rest assured that we're offering maximum security.

• Meetings with no more than 2 people
• Social distancing between employees in line with the rules set by health and hygiene authorities, with new office layouts
• Reminders of health and safety rules for all our employees
