Our pâtissiers expertly use a Springerle mould to emboss the biscuit dough with a floral motif before it’s transferred into the oven for a long, slow bake that gives it subtly caramelised flavours. As you take a bite, its melt-in-the-mouth yet crisp texture reveals the irresistible sweetness of vanilla, enhanced by smooth caramel notes. Each of our biscuiterie creations is the manifestation of an expert blend of tradition and innovation. Our Coeur vanillé is no exception to this legacy.

To enhance the sumptuous elegance of our Coeur vanillé, our pâtissiers have put their own twist on the art of biscuiterie by using the traditional Springerle mould to emboss gorgeous floral designs into the biscuit.
