An exceptional butter biscuit with a delicately fruity twist

Made with a biscuit dough bursting with rich, buttery flavours and lifted with a subtle hint of vanilla, the Sablé Rubis is sure to charm with its melt-in-the-mouth texture and satisfying crunch. At its centre, it’s crowned with a candied cherry, full-bodied, vibrant and carefully placed by hand, finishing this biscuiterie creation with a special fruity touch. Our serving suggestions

On Sunday 25 May, treat your Mum to a creation that embodies the exquisite art of biscuiterie to perfection: the Sablé Rubis. To accompany this sweet and elegant creation, we recommend serving it alongside a black red fruit tea. Alteratively, for an even more indulgent experience, sip on a sweet natural wine, such as a Maury or a Banyuls, while savouring this biscuit.
