All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.

To make sure you experience the best flavours and textures our Lamala has to offer, we recommend enjoying it within 8 days of shipment from our Atelier. So you can enjoy the indulgence at its finest. In order to ensure that our Lamala retains its flavours and texture, it's been frozen (cooled to core, immediately after production), using the appropriate techniques. Given this, we ask that you do NOT refreeze this product.

To make sure you experience the best flavours and textures our specialities have to offer, we recommend enjoying it within 90 days of shipment from our Atelier. So you can enjoy the indulgence at its finest.
