These gourmet bites showcase a key ingredient behind our concept: the almond.

Before being coated in a thin layer of chocolate - melted to just the right temperature - the almond sticks that our pastry chefs carefully select are delicately caramelised in a sugar syrup. In the mouth, the experience is nothing short of captivating: an irresistible crunchy texture and a unique fondant, striking the perfect balance between toasted almonds and the smoothness of milk chocolate.

A speciality reminiscent of chocolate cornflake bites... in an infinitely more refined form!

From the very first bite, our creation may bring to mind something else: chocolate cornflake bites. Although we’re very familiar with this delicacy, the version thought up by our pastry chefs stands apart by its unique touch: out with the cereal nibs, in with crunchy almond shards!

Our know-how gives this French pastry-world classic a new twist, transforming it into a more refined and luscious speciality. With every bite, you succumb to an explosion of flavours and textures, with crunchy caramel, smooth chocolate and the intensity of almond.

Our Caramelised almonds are sure to win over even the most sophisticated palates, as well as epicureans looking for a new tea time companion. Paired with tea or coffee, they can be savoured with everything.

ALMONDS 48.3%, sugar, milk chocolate 31.4% (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa mass 5.5%, emulsifier: E322 (SOY), vanilla flavor, spices), cocoa butter.

All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
