    • Petit Bonhomme : Wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK) 22.9%, sugar, EGGS, dextrose, glucose syrup, spices 1.1%, candied ginger (ginger 55%, sugar), antioxidant: rosemary extract.
    • Cinnamon Star: ALMOND 37.7%, sugar, apricot topping (glucose- fructose syrup, sugar, apricot purée 4%), EGG, inverted sugar syrup, HAZELNUT, honey, cinnamon 1%, starch, lemon juice, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
    • Gingerbread heart: Sugar, wheat flour (GLUTEN), honey, water, grapeseed flour, dark chocolate (cocoa: 58% min.)(cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla), MILK, candied orange peel (orange peel 45. 5%, glucose syrup), candied cherries (sour cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, preservatives: E202 - E220, colour: E127), AMEND, EGG, spices (0.75%), raising agent: ammonium carbonate - sodium hydrogen carbonate, starch, lemon juice.

    All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
