An all-butter Bredele enrobed in dark chocolate for Christmas
Traditionally gifted during the Advent period, the Spritz - literally meaning "piped biscuit" - is certainly one of the best-known and best-loved Bredele amongst our biscuiterie traditions.
Our Maison's pâtissiers decided to revisit its recipe, pairing it with dark chocolate, and so our latest creation guarantees a moment of more intensely decadent bliss!

So, you're about to face a delicious dilemma: Which side will you taste first? will you give into the temptation of its meltingly-soft, all-butter side's texture or the satisfying snap of its dark chocolate-coated side?
Whatever your taste, once you've bitten into the Chocolate Spritz, it reveals the full depth of flavour of its ingredients: Indulgent buttery flavours, subtle almond tones and the delicate sweetness of vanilla, flavouring its dough… Half-coated in a fine layer of dark chocolate!
Our serving tips
Our Chocolate Spritz will be simply delicious dipped - or dunked - into a homemade hot chocolate (with cream and sprinkled with coconut shavings for added indulgence!)
Dark chocolate (cocoa: 58% min.) 26.8% (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (SOYA), vanilla), wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK) 16.8%, ALMOND 11.2%, sugar, starch, EGG, dextrose, glucose syrup, vanilla extract 0.7%, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
