Summer Olympics and delivery

In 2024, France is hosting the Summer Olympics and Paralympics, from 26^th July to 11^th August and from 28^th August to 8^th September. This major event requires major logistical organisation, particularly in terms of transport.

Which cities are affected?

During the Olympics, some cities will be subject to traffic and access restrictions, which may lead to traffic delays and, in turn, prolong package delivery times. The following cities will be impacted: Paris and the Île-de-France region, Bordeaux, Châteauroux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Saint-Étienne, and Tahiti.

We depend on the delivery and processing services’ conditions of our partner Colissimo, but you can be certain that our Maison is taking all possible measures to deliver you with an optimal experience.

What solutions can our Maison recommend?

1. PLAN AHEAD: Plan ahead for your orders before 24^th July or between the two Olympic Games from 12^th to 27^th August - particularly if you're ordering for a special event (birthday, leaving for holidays, etc.) or a specific date!
   
   
2. POOL YOUR ORDERS: Group several orders into one or pool orders with family and friends!

A few extra tips

The French Ministry of Transport recommends opting for delivery to collection points that are located outside of security perimeters, and to choose dates and times with quieter traffic conditions to go and collect your orders.

We kindly ask that you take all of these elements into consideration when placing your order.
