A new Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie store: In Metz city centre!

We delighted to announce the recent opening of one of our stores in Metz city centre! At the beginning of November, our traditional bredele and other specialities crossed the Vosges and safely (and sweetly) arrived in the Lorraine region.

Located at 4 rue du Grand-Cerf, just a stone's throw from the iconic Place Saint-Louis, with its wonderful architecture, some buildings having retained their "crowns" and others with bay balconies from the Renaissance period. We've given our 12^th store a fittingly elegant name: Biscuiterie du Grand-Cerf.

Sharing our passion and expertise beyond the Vosges

Opening this store is a huge milestone for our Maison, as it's the first time that our biscuit magic has left our home region. We must say, we're delighted to share this big step with our Lorraine neighbours. This process shows just how devoted we are to our Maison's desire to share our expertise, as well as introducing a generous and diverse region to our future Lorraine customers.

Sharing and transmission are our Maison's founding values, which we keep in mind each day, promoting them through our network of stores and our brand for more than 23 years. When you visit us, our customer advisers will be delighted to share with you a little of our art of biscuiterie, introducing to our delicious specialities, and telling you some of our history and anecdotes - all with genuine emotion. Then comes the big moment of making your choice. Always on-hand to listen and guide, our team are there to help you put together your assortment.

The tempting aroma of our Kougelhopfs and Riquewihr macarons, which we bake on-site each day, are an invitation to discover the delectable world of the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie.

As you push open the door to your new store, you'll be surprised by our vast range of delicious specialities: On top of authentic all-butter bredele and the more innovative soft bredele, not to mention delicious cakes and pastries to share, such as the Kougelhopf and Christstollen (Christmas special), you'll also find other, more traditional creations with spiced flavours and on-trend macarons. Our Maison is now offering you a unique, sensory and unforgettable experience…
