Our Maison has also seized the opportunity in every sense, aiming to cater for your sweetest desires, and has been creating or continuously revisiting biscuit specialities for over 20 years now, working to offer you a whole host of pleasure through our creations…

The Macarons de Riquewihr®, the traditional Kougelhopf and the now-famous "Bredele de Noël" are the seeds we have planted to achieve our blooming reputation. "The ingredients talk to us", while this notion may seem a little off-the-wall to you, for us it demonstrates the connection we have with our craft, directly linked to the pleasure you experience when tasting one of our biscuits. Effectively, as we've committed to accepting nothing less than excellence, allowing us to evoke emotions through our creations, we will only offer you our best, and you can count on us to do that, in any circumstance.

Given this commitment, it's entirely out of the question that, as we write these words and as the thermometer reaches record temperatures, you'll find in our stores biscuits enrobed in chocolate, such as the Gingerli Chocolate Baton, a stunning and infinitely soft almond gingerbread, delicately lifted by a gentle touch of ginger and dressed in a coating of dark or milk chocolate. Instead, so that you can enjoy our creations at their best, you'll find the classic version of this Gingerli Baton.

Some of our other products, such as the Afternoon Tea and After-Dinner Assortments, are also subject to this determination not to leave you anything less than entirely satisfied. Rest assured, these wonderful specialities will soon grace our counters in-store and online again in October, once the temperatures have settled!

To make sure that your precious parcel of sweet treats arrives at your home in one piece and in the best condition possible, our teams take great care when packing them. Carefully protected with specialist packaging, our specialities will be delivered to you ready to be enjoyed, offering maximum satisfaction.

Just like you, we're not 100% sheltered from the risks of transport, and especially not in certain weather conditions: extreme cold and extreme heat. This is why we never take the risk of sending out products for which we can't guarantee that they'll retain all their qualities after many hours of transportation.
