Christmas is quickly approaching and we're sure that, just like us, you're particularly savouring this most wonderful time of the year. Our Maison has been working on ways to serve up magical and delicious Christmas treats for several months now, and we're ready to offer you some rare and authentic flavours. During this extremely busy period, our pâtissiers are working harder than ever to enchant your tastebuds and grace your tables with some tasty treats that look like they've jumped straight out of the pages of a fairytale… So, whether you'll be tucking into our famous Cinnamon Stars as a mid-gift-wrapping snack, our Christstollen for your Christmas breakfast, or even our Christmas Luxury Tin filled with an assortment of Bredele: You'll once again be won over by the unrivalled excellence of our pâtissiers and the marvellous traditions of Christmas, shared from our region, with love.

Bredele: the unmissable little Christmas biscuits

Also known as Winàchtsbredele, literally meaning "little Christmas rolls" - In Alsace, their sweet and generous character has made them the favourites of all ages, and families often create cherished memories making them together at the end of November and throughout the Advent period. We make our Bredele all year-round, including the must-try Cinnamon Star, but the Christmas season heralds the return of some of our exclusive biscuits, such as the Schwowebredele (an all-butter biscuit with a kirsch-flavoured icing).

Authentic delights, our "Christmas Bredele" are, above all, a wonderful symbol of the joy that is to be found in sharing, especially during the festive season.

Our exclusive Christmas creations

For our Maison, tradition also means creation and innovation, which is why we love putting our own, modern twist on things. This year, we're adding some new specialities to our range: Petit Bonhomme (a delicious shortbread with Christmas spices), Gingerbread Medallion (a new gingerbread recipe with a comforting sweetness) and Langue Saint-Nicolas (a traditional symbol marking the start of Christmas festivities).
